Can I change my personal details and password?
You can change your personal details and password by selecting ‘Edit My Details’ next to the login area at the top of the website.
How do I navigate the website?
Benefits are continuous member privileges. Short term offers can be found under News/Offers page and are regularly updated. Each area of the site can be filtered by either business type or region, or both. This allows you to view offers specific to your area or from products and services of interest.
Can I access benefits from other regions?
Yes, you can view all available offers. Some offers are only available in a specific region. Please see each offer for individual Terms and Conditions.
How do I take advantage of the benefits and offers available?
To take advantage of benefits and offers simply produce your membership card at the point of sale or quote your membership number over the phone.
Do you allow other companies to access my personal details?
No. We only ask for contact details when you register and we do not distribute this information to other organisations or third parties.
How often will I be contacted by 10 Network?
We send regular e-newsletters (no more than one per month) to update our members with the latest news, benefits and offers.
